Welcome to Chelsea Concrete ("we", "us", "our"). We manufacture and supply pre-cast concrete products such as pavers, grass pavers, kerb stones, solid and hollow blocks and saucer drains, produced to IS 15658:2006 on German H.E.S.S Group machinery at our plant in Bawal IMT. These Terms & Services apply to our website, chelseaconcrete.com, and to every enquiry, quotation, order and delivery made through us by form, phone, email or WhatsApp.

By using our website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order with us. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

1. About Our Products

We offer more than 13 product ranges and over 127 product variants, including:

• Pavers: Grass Pavers, Cobble Pavers, Square Pavers, Rectangular Pavers, Uni Pavers, Amara, Saira, Zehen and Aman
• Kerb stones and edging
• Solid blocks and hollow blocks, including thermally insulated blocks for masonry work and internal partition walls
• Drainage products such as the Saucer Drain

Product images, colours, textures and descriptions on the website are for general guidance. Please see Section 7 for how natural variation is handled.

2. Enquiries and Quotations

• You can request a quotation through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email. Our team aims to reply within 24 hours.
• A quotation is based on the product, quantity, colour, strength requirement and site location you give us. If any of these change, the price may change too.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices on the website, if any, are indicative only and are not an offer.
• Compressive strength for most paver ranges can be customised for your application (driveways, plazas or high-footfall commercial areas). Please tell us the intended use when you request a quote so we can recommend the right specification.

3. Placing an Order

• An order is confirmed only when we send you a written order confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) and we have received your payment as described in Section 4.
• You are responsible for checking that the products, quantities, colours, sizes and delivery address in the confirmation are correct before we begin production.
• Because many of our products are made to order, including custom colour blends and custom strength, changes after confirmation may not be possible or may be charged extra. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or technical error, or if we cannot reasonably deliver to your location. In that case we will refund any amount you have already paid for that order.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Our standard payment term is 100% advance, unless we have agreed different terms with you in writing.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as required by law and are shown on the quotation or invoice.
• Unless the quotation says otherwise, delivery, loading, unloading and any special equipment at site are quoted separately.
• We will issue a tax invoice for every order. Please give us accurate billing details, including your GSTIN where applicable, at the time of ordering.
• We do not collect card or bank details through this website. Please pay only to the bank account details given on our official quotation or invoice, and confirm them with us by phone if you are unsure.

5. Delivery

• We deliver using our own fleet of crane-mounted trucks. Our core delivery network covers North India. For projects outside this region, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
• For large orders, delivery typically begins after the 5th day from the date we receive your order confirmation and is completed within 12 days in total. Delivery time for smaller orders, special colours or custom specifications will be shared at the time of confirmation.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather, road restrictions, strikes, government orders or other force majeure events, do not make us liable for loss or damages.
• You must make sure that the delivery site can be reached by a heavy truck and that a responsible person is present to receive the goods. If our vehicle has to wait or make an additional trip because of site conditions, extra charges may apply.
• Once the goods are unloaded at the agreed delivery point, they are your responsibility for storage and safekeeping.

6. Inspection, Shortages and Damage

• Please check the goods at the time of delivery, in the presence of our driver or representative, for quantity, product type, colour and visible damage.
• Any shortage or visible damage must be reported to us in writing, with clear photos, immediately on delivery and in any case within 48 hours. Claims made after this period, or after the products have been laid or used, may not be accepted.
• Minor chipping or breakage in transit and handling is normal for concrete products. We will consider claims only where damage is beyond what is reasonably expected.
• Where a claim is valid, our liability is limited to repairing, replacing or crediting the affected products.

7. Colour, Texture and Natural Variation

Our pavers and blocks are made from cement, aggregates and German pigment colours, and they are natural products. Slight differences in shade, texture and surface finish between batches, between a sample and the delivered goods, and between a website photo and the real product are normal and are not a defect. Light surface deposits known as efflorescence may appear on new concrete and usually fade with time and weather. We recommend ordering the full quantity you need for one area in a single order so that colours match as closely as possible, and mixing pavers from several pallets while laying.

8. Quality and Standards

Our products are manufactured as per IS 15658:2006 specifications and go through our quality checks on every batch. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we supply products to the specification shown in the quotation and order confirmation. Product performance also depends on correct site preparation, sub-base, laying and use, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for problems caused by improper installation, unsuitable loading, chemical spillage, misuse or lack of maintenance.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

• Many of our products are manufactured to your order, so confirmed orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
• If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact us immediately. We will tell you whether the order can be cancelled and any costs already incurred that will be deducted from your refund.
• Products that are delivered in a defective condition, or that do not match the confirmed order, will be handled as described in Section 6.
• Approved refunds are made to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.

10. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or other users' data
• Upload viruses or any harmful code, or try to disrupt or overload the website
• Use automated tools to copy or scrape the website without our permission
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries, orders or job applications
• Use the website in any way that breaks any applicable law

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Chelsea Concrete name and logo, product names such as Aman®, Amara® and Zehen®, product designs, photographs, videos, text and graphics, belongs to Chelsea Concrete or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business reference, but you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute or use our content or designs for any other purpose without our written permission.

12. Careers

If you apply for a job through our website, you confirm that the information in your application is true. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. We handle your resume and contact details as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, social media pages and Google Maps. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is always complete, current or free of errors. Product ranges, specifications and availability may change without notice.
• The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chelsea Concrete is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or project delays arising from the use of our website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for the products that are the subject of the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Services from time to time, for example when our products, services or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Orders are governed by the terms in force on the date your order is confirmed.
